1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
For the Garlic Alfredo Sauce
2 tbsp butter

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
How to Make Garlic Alfredo Chicken Meatballs
Step 1: Mix & Shape
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently (don’t overwork it!). Roll into 1.5-inch meatballs.
Step 2: Sear the Meatballs
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and sear until golden brown on all sides (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside—they’ll finish cooking in the sauce.
Step 3: Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Pour in the cream and stir. Let simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, then add Parmesan and stir until melted and smooth.
Step 4: Add Spinach & Meatballs
Add the baby spinach and stir until wilted. Return meatballs to the pan. Cover and simmer on low for 10–12 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and the sauce thickens.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and more Parmesan. Serve over fettuccine, rice, or mashed potatoes.
